Drones in Real Estate, Certificate of Specialization
The Drones in Real Estate program is designed for aspiring digital media professionals and real estate agents in Orange County. This curriculum comprises three courses: Drone Photography/Videography, Real Estate Appraisal, and Digital Photography/Videography. The program equips students with the skills to capture, evaluate, and present drone media for real estate purposes. Intended audience: Digital media enthusiasts, real estate professionals, and freelance videographers.
Program Level Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate proficiency operating drones for aerial capture in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, evaluate real estate properties using drone-captured data for more precise appraisals, and skillfully integrate this media into comprehensive marketing campaigns using advanced digital editing techniques.
